The SiPM (“Simple Programme Management”) model is a flexible yet robust approach for tracking projects, programmes and portfolios
The approach uses standard data models and documentation in a recursive manner to aggregate change initiative data of any complexity
The model consists of three core tools:
1: Initiative card
2: Status report
3: Milestone chart
