For over 20 years, he has led high-impact business transformation and change management initiatives across banking, asset management, and corporate strategy. Ville has held transformation leadership roles firms including Deutsche Bank, ING and Royal Bank of Canada.
Education and Professional Background
Ville holds an MEng in Electronic and Electronic Engineering from University College London. He has furthered his expertise with dual MBAs from London Business School and Columbia Business School, complemented by a Master of Science in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford, where he graduated with Distinction. He is also a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD).
